The system eliminates the traditional, slow process of data wrangling:

• 10Gb Network Transfer: Files are retrieved over a high-speed 10 Gigabit (10Gb) network connection. This is significantly faster than removing traditional SSD drives from the Blackmagic Hyperdecks and copying them one-by-one on a machine.
• Hourly Offloading: At the end of every hour, the completed footage can be immediately copied. This prevents the creation of a massive backlog and allows the post-production team to start working before a full day of shooting is complete.

Enhanced Data Safety and Organization

The system is configured with automated safety and organizational features:

• Automated Hourly Clips (Safety Factor): The system automatically clips and saves files every hour. This is a critical safety measure, ensuring that in the event of an issue or corrupted file, the client would only lose a maximum of one hour of footage, instead of an entire day's worth of shooting.
• Structured File Management: The automated system creates dedicated files for each PTZ camera or Hyperdeck within a daily folder structure. A new daily folder is automatically generated at 00:01 every night, keeping the archive organized and easy to navigate.
• SSD backup: In the case of a network failure the machine will automatically start to roll on the SSD's as a backup.

The entire system is controlled through an intuitive interface, streamlining the production process:

• Single-Machine Control: The complete system operation is consolidated onto one machine featuring a touch screen display but will always have a backup machine to not have a singular point of failure.
• One-Button Operation: This setup allows for simple, one-button control. For example, a single touch can simultaneously start recording on all Hyperdecks and another single touch can stop the recording.
• Constant Data Monitoring:The 48TB Cloud Stores include a dedicated monitoring output, allowing the team to constantly track read and write performance from both the recorders and the machines actively copying the footage.
• Automation: This system can be programmed and run to the client's needs and specifications.
